1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the imau4u platform — including the website, mobile application, and related services — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately once you begin the registration process or use any imau4u service.

2. User Eligibility

Use of the imau4u platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not subject to any local legal prohibition that prevents participation in online betting activities.
• Not previously banned or restricted from using the imau4u platform.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not as a representative of a third party.

Registering as an imau4u member implicitly confirms that you meet all of the eligibility requirements above. imau4u reserves the right to request proof of identity verification at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or valid identification document.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the imau4u account registration process. False or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure without prior notice.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one imau4u account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, information or device is strictly prohibited. imau4u reserves the right to merge, close or restrict accounts suspected of being duplicate registrations.

3.3 Password Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password and login information. imau4u is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

imau4u accepts a range of payment methods to make things convenient for members in Malaysia. Available methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction, while the minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. These limits apply to all listed payment methods.

4.3 Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is submitted and approved by the imau4u finance team. This time may vary depending on the internal verification process required.

4.4 Identity Verification

imau4u reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal transaction. This includes requests for a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used. This procedure is part of the platform's standard security measures.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

imau4u offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus value before any withdrawal from that bonus is permitted.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be fulfilled is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per user unless stated otherwise.
• imau4u reserves the right to cancel a bonus if eligibility requirements are not met or if suspected fraudulent activity is involved.
• Bonuses may not be transferred or cashed out until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Use of automation software or betting strategies that go against the spirit of a promotion may result in bonus cancellation.
• imau4u reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.3 VIP Programme

imau4u members are eligible to join a three-tier VIP programme: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. VIP tier advancement is determined based on member activity and engagement on the platform.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed through imau4u are final once confirmed by the system. Users are not allowed to cancel or change confirmed bets unless a bet exchange feature is specifically provided for that market.

6.2 Casino Products

All games in the imau4u casino section — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sic bo — are operated by licensed software providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited.

6.3 Fraud Prevention

7. Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting imau4u customer support. All valid account balances will be processed for withdrawal according to standard procedures once the closure process is complete.

7.2 Closure by imau4u

imau4u reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity fraud or providing false information during registration.
• Access by individuals under the age of 21.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions with fraudulent intent.
• Use of automation software or unauthorised tools.
• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• Suspected money laundering or financial criminal activity.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

imau4u fully supports responsible gambling. Users who feel that betting is having a negative impact on their lives may apply for self-exclusion through customer support. The request will be enforced within the timeframe set by the imau4u team.
